Connector Users Rank Phoenix Contact as Top-Quality Terminal Block Supplier
Connector users recently ranked Phoenix Contact as the top-quality terminal block supplier and third highest overall connector supplier, in terms of quality. Bishop Associates, a market research firm specializing in the global electronic connector market, surveyed 455 connector users about connector quality, pricing, delivery, lead times, technical support and more.
In response to the question, “What is your level of satisfaction in the quality of products?”, participants rated suppliers on a scale between “6” for extremely satisfied and “1” for extremely dissatisfied. Phoenix Contact received an average score of 4.991.
A follow-up question asked, “What single word best describes the product quality of each company?” Possible answers were 5 (best); 4 (very good); 3 (okay); 2 (inconsistent); and 1 (bad). Phoenix Contact’s average score was 4.109.
Using both methodologies, Phoenix Contact had the third highest average score overall and the highest score among terminal block manufacturers.
