Wade has eighteen years of experience in increasingly responsible roles with manufacturing. In his most recent position, Wade was the President and Consulting Engineer at Key Tech Solutions where he consulted worldwide companies to add or improve automation while showing full cost justification and implementing Lean Manufacturing. Previous positions included Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Analog Technologies Corp. and VP of Manufacturing at Adept Technology.
As Plant Manager, Wade is responsible for the overall leadership of our manufacturing facility and production employees. specifically, Wade will lead our efforts in these areas:
Analyzing current cell manufacturing structure and implement improvements through automation and process controls.
Create documentation on production operations in efforts to gain maximum efficiencies, reduce scrap and maintain quality.
Researching and evaluating surface coating technology in order to expand our product offering.
