Comarco Appoints Mark Chapman VP, General Manager of Wireless Test Services Division

IRVINE, Calif., Nov. 28, 2006.....Comarco, Inc. (Nasdaq: CMRO), an industry-leadi ng supplier of wireless test systems for field applications, announced today that it has appointed Mark Chapman its Vice President and General Manager of the Wireless Test Solutions division. Chapman, 45, returns to Comarco after five years in leadership positions in the wireless and semiconductor technology industries. He held his previous position at Comarco from 1995 to 2001, overseeing product development, marketing and sales of network performance analysis and optimization equipment to wireless carriers worldwide. At that time, he successfully established Comarco's global business presence as the leading provider of wireless competitive analysis and network analysis equipment. Mr. Chapman's current tenure at Comarco began on October 11, 2006.

Chapman brings to his current role more than 20 years of wireless and semiconductor industry experience at leading companies. He was most recently a Principal at The Bridgeworks Group, a Southern California-based consulting company providing business planning and strategic consulting services primarily to wireless communication and semiconductor companies. This included serving as vice president of business development between 2004 and 2006 for WiSpry, a fabless product company targeting broadband and wireless communications.
Between WiSpry and his previous tenure at Comarco, Chapman served as president and CEO of Ditrans Corp, a developer of Digital Transceiver products for cellular phones.
Chapman's prior experience also includes escalating management positions in marketing and sales at Rockwell Semiconductor (now Conexant) where he had profit and loss responsibility for various modem products and later wireless data products.
Chapman's engineering career included design and development for Thorn EMI, a contractor for British Telecom; and Racal Milgo, Inc., manufacturer of modems in Reading, England where he worked on the development of high-speed modem products and specialized in Digital Signal Processing.
Chapman received a first class honors degree in electrical engineering from Robert Gordon's University in Aberdeen, Scotland.
