Wednesday, June 20, 2007 Johnson, Bodnar, and Crain Assume Sales Leadership

Jonesboro, AR- Colson Caster Corporation, the world's leading manufacturer of standard and custom application caster and wheel products, announced strategic changes within its sales organization. Donald Johnson will assume the position of National Sales Manager. Reporting to Johnson, Jay Bodnar takes on the responsibilities of Regional Manager for the Southeastern region. Brian Crain joins the Sales Engineering department reporting to Mike Hottel, Manager Sales Engineering. The personnel assignments are an element of new corporate planning designed to coincide with the company's anniversary, celebrating 50 years of business operations within the Jonesboro area.

"One of the most fortunate items accompanying our longevity, has been our expansion into new markets and regions," said Chuck Bub, general manager of Colson. "With this growth, comes the added pleasure of working with and recognizing qualified personnel that are not only expert in managing our existing customers, but are also aggressive in helping us pioneer new markets. All of these gentlemen are up to both tasks."

Before initially coming to Colson more than 10 years ago, Johnson completed his MBA at Arkansas State University. He has recently returned to the organization and, in addition to managing his growing group of regional sales managers, he will also be responsible for the customer service department staff.

With a degree in marketing from Champlain College in Vermont, and an accreditation from Harvard's School of Business, Bodnar will take over management of Colson's Southeast region. He will be responsible for some of Colson's largest accounts, working closely with them pursuing new opportunities within this sector's rapidly industrializing markets.

After having worked with Colson for more than seven years, holding several positions from local plant supervision, to regional sales and product management, Crain has also returned to accept a new assignment. In his new role, he will be responsible for building revenue through meeting specific and custom product requirements for Colson's OEM clientele. Crain holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Arkansas State University.
