Molded components such as grips, handles, housings, sleeves and similar parts, when designed and colored properly, increase sales appeal and add value to the brand. When coordinated with functional and environmental design features, the molded part can add significant value to the end product."

Rubber Industries partners with customers to develop and mold custom rubber parts in a wide range of materials and a full spectrum of colors, including those in the Pantone Matching System. In addition to special colors, custom formulations can be designed to meet a customer's specific performance requirements including environmental requirements and chemical resistance.

Rubber Industries has complete in-house elastomer testing facilities and formulation monitoring systems to assure materials meet customer quality requirements.

Design engineers also will find Rubber Industries' Proto Fast service helpful. This Rubber Industries service provides prototype products in 10 days. Rubber Industries builds a single cavity mold and produces 12 sample parts in just 10 working days.

As a full service rubber molding source, Rubber Industries provides large volume production using injection, transfer and compression molding equipment. In addition, the company provides complete in-house milling and cryogenic deflashing capabilities combined with special packaging and assembly capabilities.
