Colin Arlott Elected President of Industrial Scientific Oldham
PITTSBURGH, PA, USA - 21 Jun 2007 - The Board of Directors of Industrial Scientific Corporation is pleased to announce that Colin Arlott has been elected as President of ISC Oldham. Mr. Arlott will be based at the company's Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) headquarters in Arras, France. This position reports directly to the Chairman and CEO.
Mr. Arlott will be responsible for all Industrial Scientific operations, including sales, service, engineering and manufacturing within EMEA. He will also serve as President of Winter GmbH based in Dortmund, Germany.
Prior to joining Industrial Scientific in April 2007 as General Manager EMEA Operations, Mr. Arlott served as Managing Director and General Manager of City Technology Ltd. based in Portsmouth, England. Previous responsibilities also include Engineering Manager for ITW Inc., Site General Manager for ABB Instrumentation at Stonehouse and General Manager for the UK division of Elsag Bailey Instrumentation, now part of ABB. He is a Chartered Engineer with a BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol and a Master of Business Administration degree from Kingston Business School.
