Monday, February 13, 2006 TORONTO-Cliplight Mfg. Inc., Toronto, a leading manufacturer of leak detection tools, refrigeration system sealants and HVAC/R accessories, now offers the free publication, HVAC Refrigeration Sealant Training Manual for appliance, air conditioning, and industrial refrigeration system service technicians.
The 12-page publication-the HVAC/R industry's first-details procedures for identifying leaking systems, leak detection tips, preparing systems for a sealant, sealing systems without affecting components and other procedures for successful leak sealing. The manual covers Cliplight's three-product line of refrigeration system sealants: 1) Super Seal ACR(TM) for small systems of 230-btuh up to 18,000-btuh (1-1/2-tons); 2) Super Seal HVACR(TM) for most residential a/c systems from 1-1/2-tons up to 5-tons; and 3) Super Seal 3 Phase(TM) for commercial and industrial systems 5-tons and larger.
The Super Seal line of sealant products was engineered in 2000, tested successfully for several years in industrial, commercial, residential and appliance refrigeration systems, and is now available to the service trade through HVAC/R distributors.
