Austin, Texas - April 2, 2007 - ClearOrbit ( www.clearorbit.com ), the leading provider of real-time supply chain execution and reverse logistics solutions, has joined SAP AG's Enterprise Services Community (ES Community), a collaborative, cross-industry program enabling SAP, its partners and customers to define the way software is developed and deployed to solve evolving business requirements. As a member of SAP's ES Community, ClearOrbit will help identify and define the most highly valued enterprise services required by customers, while gaining access to a rich repository of enterprise services.
SAP's ES Community is comprised of more than 170 thought leaders from diverse industries that have come together to share ideas and innovations for future development of enterprise services, helping to facilitate the adoption of enterprise service-oriented architecture (enterprise SOA). The community includes members from SAP, customers and partners who jointly define enterprise services based on shared priorities. Enterprise services provide the common business language enabling software applications and infrastructure products running on disparate systems to communicate within an enterprise SOA.

Joining SAP's ES Community is further evidence of ClearOrbit's commitment to working together with SAP and supporting SAP solutions. In January 2007, ClearOrbit announced that its Supply Network Gateway(TM) packaged composite application version 6.0 received "SAP xApps(TM) Certified - Powered by SAP NetWeaver®" status. This followed an October 2006 announcement that its Enterprise Returns Management(TM) (ERM) solution version 4.1 earned "Powered by SAP NetWeaver" status. The Powered by SAP NetWeaver designation allows customers who are standardizing on the SAP NetWeaver platform to deploy their SOA infrastructure solution running on top of the SAP NetWeaver platform, rather than investing in another application server platform to provide this infrastructure.
