Clear2there Announces Distribution Deal with Vertical Communications
Communications provider will offer Clear2there video surveillance, audio conferencing and Viewbiquity M2M services
Oklahoma City, OK - Santa Clara, CA - Clear2there Inc., (C2T), a leading provider of advanced video surveillance, audio conferencing and Machine-to-Machine (M2M) solutions for service providers and enterprises, has announced that it has signed a distribution agreement with Vertical Communications Inc., a provider of next-generation IP telephony systems and integrated B2B unified communications (UC) solutions. As part of the arrangement, Vertical will offer Clear2there video surveillance and audio conferencing technologies, as well as Viewbiquity-branded cloud-based M2M solutions to its customers throughout North America.

Through this partnership, Vertical will distribute Clear2there's comprehensive line of surveillance cameras, DVRs, software and video management systems, as well as premise-based and hosted audio conferencing services that integrate seamlessly with Verical's next-generation Wave IP communications systems. With the addition of the Viewbiquity's VCI (Viewbiquity Cloud Interface) offering, Vertical customers will also have access to an open source, cloud-based solution that enables businesses to integrate and manage multiple business processes through a single interface. Through this capability, customers can oversee a number of processes, including point-of-sale (POS), energy management, transportation, IT infrastructure, security, communications, human resources and property management. As a result, VCI allows customers to significantly increase efficiency while dramatically reducing operating costs.
