New Machinery Improves Productivity at Plastic Bag Manufacturer
Clear View Bag has recently acquired a Solid Roll 41" Side Weld Servo Bag Machine manufactured by Century Tech. The bag machine is equipped with state of the art servo technology allowing improved productivity, reduced downtime and low cost maintenance.
The machine is designed to produce the highest quality bags with the fastest production speeds. The machine features a full color touch screen interface allows ease of operation and on the fly adjustments. All setup and run functions can be accessed thru the touch screen. Up to 90 "recipes" can be retrieved at any time for fast job changeover and minimal scrap.
"The new machine will continue in our quest to reduce lead-times and reduce cost,", Vice President Trent Romer said. "We will continue to invest in capital equipment to remain a competitive domestic force in the custom plastic bag market", Romer said.
