Cision to Provide Seamless Video Monitoring Services to
Former VMS Clients

CHICAGO, Aug. 31, 2011 -- Cision, the largest full service video monitoring services provider in North America, today announced that Joan Kilanowski, most recently Vice President, Major Accounts, News Division, of Video Monitoring Services (VMS), has joined its video monitoring services account service team.

Effective immediately, Kilanowski will help former VMS clients and prospects transition to Cision's video monitoring services. With the largest broadcast customer service team in North America combined with the full suite of self service and managed video monitoring capabilities, Cision is perfectly suited to help meet the needs of former VMS customers who no longer have a full service broadcast monitoring solution.

"Cision is aggressively taking steps to make sure that VMS' former customers don't miss a beat when it comes to business-critical broadcast and other media monitoring services," said Peter Granat, President and Chief Operating Officer of Cision North America. "Joan Kilanowski has joined our team of experts dedicated to providing a seamless transition for VMS' former clients to Cision."

Kilanowski joined VMS in 2000 in its Texas regional office and became one of its senior national managers, overseeing a staff of over 20 sales professionals as VP, Major Accounts, News Division. She also was a contributing blogger to VMS Voice and a member of its social media team, and led VMS' Hispanic media monitoring initiative.

"Cision has the monitoring and analysis solutions that best meet the needs of VMS' former clients on all levels," Kilanowski said. "They were a very formidable competitor and I'm very excited to be working with them."
