Canada's largest machine tool distributor now reps North America's oldest manufacturer of laser cutting systems, press brakes and shears country wide.
JANUARY 2012 - Cincinnati Incorporated announces the appointment of Elliott Matsuura Canada, Inc. as the exclusive distributor of Cincinnati press brakes, shears and laser cutting systems throughout Canada. Oakville, Ontario-based Elliott Matsuura has had exclusive distribution rights for Cincinnati machine tools in the six Eastern Canadian provinces for the past three years. The new agreement expands the distribution rights to the four Western provinces and, effectively, all of Canada.
"Having served Canadian manufacturers since 1950, Elliott Matsuura is well-known and respected throughout Canada, and they've done a great job of representing and marketing our products in the Eastern provinces," said John Prevish, Sales Manager, Cincinnati Incorporated. "Based on the success of our relationship to date, expanding Elliott's distribution into Western Canada is a logical choice and allows us to work with a single distributor country wide."
Cincinnati Incorporated is the oldest and only North American manufacturer of laser cutting systems, press brakes and shears for the metal fabrication industry. It developed what became the industry standard linear motor-driven laser cutting system.
