Cicoil Corporation Acquired by Investor Group
June 23, 2006, Valencia, CA. The Cicoil Corporation, a leading manufacturer of high performance cable assemblies, has been acquired by an investor group. The investor group is lead by Howard Lind, who is the incoming President and CEO of Cicoil. Mr. Lind has a successful background in building manufacturing companies in the motion control, military/aerospace, and equipment industries. As the President and part-owner of Bayside Motion Group, Mr. Lind has taken Bayside from a small gear company to one of the world's leading motion control companies. Most recently, Mr. Lind was the President and CEO of Win-Holt Equipment Group, based in Garden City, New York.

Peter and Tom Nogradi, the former owners of Cicoil, will remain with the company on a consulting basis. Cicoil has been a leader in designing and manufacturing high performance cable assemblies for over fifty years. The company's unique silicon coated flat cables provide high flexibility, extremely long life, and they can withstand temperature extremes from -60 degrees to over 260 degrees Fahrenheit. Cicoil's cables are used in thousands of demanding applications, including aircraft fuel control cells, semiconductor automation, and the Space Shuttle.
