DANVERS, MA - Christopher Stevens has been promoted to General Manager of Devcon, a Massachusetts-based manufacturer of adhesives and sealants for OEM assembly and products for plant and equipment maintenance, repair, and overhaul.
Stevens joined Devcon in 2000 to develop a dual-front marketing and sales strategy for Devcon's two core businesses - OEM adhesives and maintenance/repair products. With his extensive knowledge of the chemical industry, Stevens will identify and target assembly opportunities for Devcon's line of structural adhesives - all the while leveraging Devcon's superior brand position in the maintenance and repair markets to ensure long-term sustainable growth.
Mr. Stevens earned his MBA from Babson College's Olin School of Business and his BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University. He currently resides in Kittery, Maine, with his wife and four children.
