Acquires YAG Fiber Laser Marking System
Central Coating has completed the acquisition and installation of a YAG Fiber Laser Marking System. This laser etching system has a 6" x 6" operating envelope and can accommodate parts up to 22" x 22". The system excels at engraving both plastic and metal parts. Laser marking insures marking permanence. Once applied, markings remain permanent with no chance of fading or falling off. The laser marking system allows for great graphic flexibility of any type of logo, barcode, alpha numeric serial number, patent number, trademark, icon symbol or graphic design in almost every shape and size.
Laser marking guarantees process repeatability, superior quality and accuracy. Along with high speed and great material flexibility, this laser equipment also provides superior resolutions for very demanding and complex markings and we can produce parts with clarity and high readability down to character sizes smaller than .025 inches.
