Bradford, PA - November 5, 2007 - KOA Speer Electronics, Inc. today announced it has been awarded a Total Cost of Ownership (TCOO TM ) Supplier Award from Celestica, a global provider of innovative electronics manufacturing services (EMS). This award recognizes suppliers that provide the best TCOO performance to Celestica and are committed to helping Celestica meet its customers' needs.

This marks the first year of Celestica's TCOO Supplier Awards program.
