Hudson, New Hampshire, USA -- CeTaQ Americas' mobile test station - for on-site machine performance verification - will be on display in the EASi Line at Assembly Technology Expo, this coming September 26 through 28 in Rosemont, IL. The benchtop, mobile unit gives CeTaQ technicians the ability to perform machine performance verification methodology for placement equipment and other production assembly machine such as printers and dispensers on site at a customer's manufacturing facility. Specially-designed highly accurate glass testing fixtures and powerful software tools allow for independent measurement of Cp and Cpk indices on production equipment. Innovative software operates the measurement equipment and provides statistical specification based results on machine quality performance. Comprehensive certification reports validate performance, which allows users to improve accuracy and repeatability, to optimize performance for increased profitability.
The Electronic Assembly Suppliers' Initiative, or EASi Line, is a live, fully functional double-sided surface mount technology manufacturing line. The line will incorporate sample equipment from the areas of material handling and transport, stencil printing, component pick and place, selective solder, reflow soldering, x-ray inspection, robotic point to point soldering, rework, depaneling, packaging, laser marking, microcontroller programming and more.
