(Marietta, OH, November 2, 2011) Suzanne Eckberg has been appointed Midwest Regional Sales Manager for Caron Products & Services, Inc. In her new role, Eckberg will be responsible for managing all Caron sales activity in its Midwest territory which includes Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, Missouri, Kentucky, Indianapolis, Michigan, Ohio, West Virginia, and the Pittsburgh, Pa. area, along with Ontario and Manitoba, Canada.

Eckberg received her Bachelor of Science from Illinois State University. She brings laboratory equipment sales and distribution experience from Sanyo Biomedical. In her most recent position as Southeast US & Canada Region Distribution Sales Representative, Eckberg was responsible for distribution sales in her territory of twelve U.S. States and all of Canada. Earlier in her Sanyo career, she was involved with customer service, training and the company's IT systems. Prior to her employment at Sanyo, Eckberg held sales and customer service positions at Intellitec and U.S. Label.
Eckberg assumed the Caron sales position following the retirement of Terry St. Peter, who was with Caron for 13 years, including serving as its Midwest Regional Sales Manager for the last four years. Eckberg and her husband Jeremy reside in the Chicago area.
