Business Growth and Expansion Continues
(West Chester, OH, December, 2005) ¾ CONTECH Construction Products, Inc. continues to realign personnel and operations due to the rapid growth and expansion opportunities of its base business.
Brent E. Flom has been promoted to National Accounts Manager. In this new position, Brent will be responsible on a national basis for strategic development and tactical implementation of CONTECH's sales channel to major developers, home builders, and large national accounts. Flom will work closely with all levels of CONTECH management, sales and marketing across all business units in order to consolidate these end-use markets and CONTECH's expanding package of site solution products.
Max Baldwin has been promoted to Sales Manager--Northwest Region. He will be responsible for the Rocky Mountain Business Unit, which includes the states of Colorado, Wyoming and Montana. Baldwin's experience and accomplishments as a sales engineer and product specialist have prepared him for this important position.
Rian A. McCaslin has been promoted to Sales Manager-Southeastern Region. McCaslin will be responsible for construction and engineered products in Georgia, Alabama and the Florida Panhandle. He had great success and personal development during his tenure at CONTECH which is expected to continue with this new regional responsibility.
Jeff VanOsdel has been promoted to the position of Manager-CMP. With industry experience as an engineer, estimator, recruiter, and sales representative, VanOsdel's marketing background will assist in CONTECH's efforts to grow with the entire construction industry.
