For first time, 2 best overall awards were presented to companies that scored highest among winners in product categories. NewsDesk 4 won for Best Information Solution, while Pitchbook won Best Vertical Market Business Content Solution. SIIA President Ken Wasch noted diverse range of companies represented among winners.

WASHINGTON -- The Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA), the principal trade association for the software and digital information industries, announced the winners of the CODiE Awards in the categories relating to digital content products and services. The awards were presented at a special dinner held in conjunction with the 2011 SIIA Information Industry Summit in New York.

PitchBook For the first time, two "best overall" awards were presented to companies as a result of scoring highest among the winners in the product categories. Moreover's NewsDesk 4 won the award for Best Information Solution, while Pitchbook won the award for Best Vertical Market Business Content Solution.
Ken Wasch, President of SIIA, noted the diverse range of companies represented among the winners.
