HOUSTON, September 18, 2007 - COADE announced today that Douglas W. Hanson has joined the engineering and plant design software company as controller. Hanson brings with him extensive experience in corporate financial management, including serving as vice president at Odyssea Marine, and international controller at Horizon Offshore. At COADE, his duties will include all aspects of financial management including budgeting, reporting, accounting and implementing controls. Hanson earned his BBA in Accounting from the University of Houston.
