CNET Content Solutions Integrates ChannelOnline with ConnectWise for Tightly Synced Sales Cycle Management

TAMPA, Fla. and WEST FARGO, N.D., - ConnectWise, the leading business management solution designed exclusively for IT service providers, VARs and MSPs announced today that ChannelOnline(TM), a CNET Content Solutions product, has completed integration with ConnectWise software. The integration streamlines the sales process, combining the power of ChannelOnline quoting and procurement with ConnectWise reporting and business process management.

ChannelOnline is a SaaS application with an ecommerce storefront that automates the complete sales cycle from quote to purchase order. Designed to give small to medium-size solution providers the operational advantages of their larger competitors by empowering them to maximize margins, increase revenues and improve customer satisfaction. When used with ConnectWise, company, contact data, quotes and sales orders created in ChannelOnline are synced with ConnectWise and automatically entered in the sales opportunity process flow.

ChannelOnline provides VARs with a fast, resourceful, and effective web-based service that automates key business processes and transactions, allowing total management control over the sales cycle. Employee, customer, supplier, pricing, and product content can all be managed efficiently between it and the ConnectWise platform.
