CMW International, Inc. announced its certification to the SAE AS9100 Revision C Quality Management System for aviation, space and defense organizations.
To successfully achieve certification, CMW demonstrated its ability to consistently provide products that meet applicable customer, statutory and regulatory requirements while maintaining a consistent level of quality throughout its operations. The AS9100 standard includes the fundamental ISO9001 elements but also includes nearly 100 additional requirements specifically designed to address the stringent, complex and unique demands of the Defense and Commercial Aerospace Industry. Successful applicants must demonstrate an effective quality management system to consistently satisfy these unforgiving requirements. AS9100 certification is often a prerequisite to supplying the military/aerospace sector.
