Ercolina will showcase and demonstrate its Ercolina TB100 rotary draw tube and pipe bender at IMTS - The International Manufacturing Technology Show 2010 being held at Chicago's McCormick Place September 13-18. CML USA, Inc. Ercolina can be found in Booth #N-6355 which is located in the North Building in the Alternative Manufacturing Processes Pavilion.
The Ercolina TB100 rotary draw tube & pipe bender features a PLC touch screen control, offering easy access to automatic and manual operating modes, programming, system diagnostics and multiple language capability. USB allows unlimited program storage with up to 12 bends per program. Its bending capacity is up to 4-inches on tube and up to 3-inches on Schedule 40 pipe with a centerline radius as small as 2D.
The Ercolina TB100 is equipped with a Class 3 safety hand-held remote control that provides easy bend, return and emergency stop functions. It is further enhanced with auto load sensing which improves bend productivity while protecting machine components. A patented quick-change tooling system for multiple radii is available.
The machine is available with a 220V or 440V -phase motor as well as an A40-P two axis positioner that allows manual control for accurate linear advancement and rotational plane of bend.
