CFM Crosses Century Mark with 100th Symitar® Client

CFM is gaining rapid user adoption among Symitar clients of its flagship software solution that integrates all teller cash recyclers and dispensers into Episys

CHANDLER, Ariz. – CFM™ (Cash Flow Management), a cash automation software provider, announced today that it has surpassed one-hundred clients who are using Symitar® as their core system provider. CFM is the only cash automation solution to provide a bridge between Symitar's Episys® core platform and all major cash recycler and dispenser hardware models to create real-time, core driven cash transactions.

"Symitar continues to be a great strategic collaborator of ours," said Nathan Moore, Director of Strategy and Product Development for CFM. "Gaining over 40% of the Symitar market who uses cash automation machines proves that credit unions see the value of CFM and its ability to integrate entire TCA fleets – regardless of make or model."

"As one of the earliest adopters, it's exciting to see CFM taking such a foothold within the Symitar community," says Judy Lynch, Information Technology Operations Manager. "For us, implementing CFM software here at Michigan State University Federal Credit Union made sense right from the start. We had a large base of TCRs that we weren't previously able to fully integrate with our core system, so when CFM came along and got everything working soundly, we were thrilled."

CFM affords financial institutions the flexibility to use a varied TCA fleet either in-branch or across the entire retail network. Since CFM has written drivers that work with practically every make or model, no longer are FIs constrained by having to use the same hardware due to connectivity issues.

Now, with the recent release of Cloud iQ, an analytics version of CFM's flagship tool, FIs have the ability to peer effortlessly into TCA fleet transactions and productivity. FIs can become smarter in their hardware management and even glean cost savings. Case in point: Pima Federal Credit Union was able to realize a costs savings of $160,000 upon implementing the CFM software by connecting their hardware and running iQ analytics.
