COLUMBUS, Ohio, March 12 -- Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) is pleased to announce that an agreement to merge Powell & Associates Engineers, Inc. with CEC, Inc. was finalized last week. The combination of these two organizations will create a more effective and comprehensive provider in the civil & site development engineering & consulting industry within Michigan.
Powell & Associates Engineers, Inc. has provided professional engineering support in the Michigan market for over eighteen years. Their commitment to their clients and their strong relationships with local and state officials is a natural fit and a smart addition to the CEC family. The combined company will operate under the CEC, Inc. name. This combined company will be uniquely positioned to deliver environmental, ecological, civil & site development engineering and waste management technical consulting services within the private, public and institutional sectors.
