CDS to Exhibit at the "K"
CDS will be featuring at the " K "in Dusseldorf, Germany an all-electric extrusion Puller for heavy polymer slabs and thick-wall or solid tubular extrudates, such as nylon rods. This pre-sold Slab/Rod Puller has, among other features, a 27" wide by 48" long contact surface area, a twin vector drive system and touch-screen operator interface from Siemens, a pulling force of 100,000 lbs, and a hydraulically-activated clamping system. Germany is characterized by strong market for polymer rods and thick sheet. This machine is one of several machine that make up an extrusion for producing and processing rods and thick sheet. The other units that typically make up the extrusion line are the extruder, a cross-cut saw, and inline annealing table and a collection unit. About the show The 17th international Trade Fair on Plastics and Rubber, simply referred to as "K, "is the largest in the world and will be hosting over 2.914 Exhibitors from 52 countries. The triennial event will take place in Dusseldorf, Germany and will run from October 24 to 31. Unlike most trade events in the plastics industry, the K event will have 17 halls, each one dedicated to specific market segment.
