CAS DataLoggers Posts New Videos to its Website

Electrocorder Data Loggers Record Current, Voltage, and Power CHESTERLAND OH

CAS DataLoggers has just posted new Electrocorder setup videos on our website at www.dataloggerinc.com detailing basic operation and software overview for many of our voltage, current and power loggers. We've also added screenshots so you can see examples of the software included free with Electrocorder loggers. We stock many models to suit a wide variety of data logging applications and project needs.

To see a great example of our Electrocorder data loggers, check out this video showing how to read data recorded from our Electrocorder LS-1V single phase voltage datalogger. This model is used to track long- term power supply interruptions or voltage on/off cycles in equipment, recording the dates and times of supply voltage being above or below a user-set threshold voltage.

We've also posted this video giving an overview of the Electrocorder Software functionality, which gives users the complete picture of their captured data. Using this FREE user-friendly software, the logged values, dates and times can be viewed in tabular and graphical form, exported to a spreadsheet for clear organization, or saved to file. Users can also choose to print out reports displaying the recorded levels and the allowable tolerance bands, making the data accessible and creating compelling documentation of energy reports, assessments and audits.

At CAS DataLoggers, we offer our popular Electrocorder data logger kits for common and specialty applications such as submetering/power factoring, equipment monitoring, alternative energy research and more. These dataloggers help you get your project started ASAP using direct installation from the Web.

The Electrocorder product line includes data loggers with 1 to 3 channels for current and/or voltage in single phase and 3-phase AC models and DC input versions, all in a variety of recording ranges. As an added value, Electrocorder systems are supplied with all necessary connection leads, software and communications cables.

Forget about paying extra for large memory you don't need--unlike the single sample that similar products take before going right back to sleep and missing nearly all the important information, our Electrocorder dataloggers use a
constant sampling technique to
capture users' relevant data by constantly sampling every channel 16 times per cycle. At the end of each averaging period, 3 quantities are saved for each channel: the TRMS average; the Max (the highest cycle value during the period); and the Min (the lowest cycle value), ensuring that the datalogger records all the peaks and valleys of one cycle or longer.
