CA Technologies (NASDAQ:CA) today announced the appointment of a new talent acquisition partner for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Allegis RPO will provide best-in-class recruitment services for CA Technologies in 31 countries throughout the region, helping CA Technologies to further identify, attract and hire the top talent in the industry - and ensure close alignment with its business strategy.
Allegis RPO is a service offering of Allegis Group Services, an operating company of Allegis Group, the largest staffing and recruiting firm in the U.S and the fourth largest worldwide. Allegis RPO already provides highly successful recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) services to CA Technologies in North America and India. With this new partnership, the CA Technologies EMEA Talent Acquisition organisation will grow from eight to 18 staff, and they will use their in-country intelligence to develop talent pools, make contact with candidates locally and build local language relationships.
