Press release date: August 25, 2007

Brecksville, OH-Hyson Products issues literature on the Di-Dro Advanced Forming System, the latest in its expanding line of controllable products that includes the CS2 nitrogen gas springs, and DRACŪ and DRACŪ2 delayed return manifolds. The Di-Dro is a hydraulic manifold that combines high force in a small space, especially important in automotive and other applications that use higher strength steels.

The four page color brochure details the features and benefits of the Di-Dro Advanced Forming System, including providing controllable pad delay to prevent distortion and allow multiple operations to be performed in a single press, adjustable force, constant force throughout the stroke, and applicability for both lower and upper applications.

Components of a standard system as well as a delayed return system are listed, and application examples are included showing a fuel tank stretch form, step draw, and high strength steel forming.

Hyson Products designs and manufactures TankerŪT and TankerŪS high force and high performance gas springs, and T2 and T3 standard gas springs; Nitro-DyneŪ XP manifold systems and accessories; the Dyne-A-CamŪ Series of cams, and the DRACŪ Series of delayed return manifolds in an ISO 9001-2000 certified facility.
