Brainware, Inc. Expands North American Headquarters Staff

ASHBURN, Va., Sept. 17, 2007 -- Brainware, Inc., whose solutions automate high-volume document processing and data extraction, today announced three new members of its U.S.
headquarters staff. These new personnel, and other additions to the company's North American sales staff announced last week, reflect ongoing and rapid growth in demand for Brainware's intelligent data capture and enterprise/desktop search technologies.

New additions to Brainware's Ashburn office include:

o Ben Kerschberg, Director & Associate Counsel. A Yale Law School graduate and veteran of several IPOs and venture financing projects in Silicon Valley, Kerschberg will contribute to Brainware's legal and business development activities.

o Hea-Jin Yoon, Human Resources Manager. Yoon was an international recruiter at World Vision (Washington, D.C.), a leading humanitarian organization, and has also developed regulatory documents, budgets, and plans for clinical trials at the UCLA Medical Center.

o Justin Williams, Sales/Financial Analyst. Williams brings extensive audit experience in a variety of industries gained as an analyst at Ernst & Young. He earned degrees in Accounting and Finance at the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business.

These new appointments continue a trend of rapid growth demonstrated by Brainware since its founding in February
2006 (as a spin-off from SER Solutions, Inc.). The company has quadrupled its office space and increased its staff size by more than 60% since that time, and is aggressively recruiting new sales executives to help meet continuing demand for its solutions.

"With their broad and varied experience in industry and business management, Ben, Hea-Jin, and Justin are ideally qualified to help us to fuel and manage our continuing growth," says Carl Mergele, Brainware CEO. "We are happy to add professionals of their caliber to our team."
