NATICK, Mass., March 22, 2011 - Boston Scientific Corporation (NYSE: BSX) today announced that it will hold an analyst event on April 4, 2011 at the 60th Annual Scientific Session of the American College of Cardiology/i2 Summit in New Orleans. The Company will provide an update on its Cardiology, Rhythm and Vascular (CRV) Group initiatives involving coronary stent and structural heart technologies. The event is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. CT and adjourn at approximately 7:15 p.m. following a brief question-and-answer session.

A live webcast of the event will be available to all interested parties via Boston Scientific's website at www.bostonscientific.com. Webcast registration is available on the Investor Relations section of the website. Interested parties are encouraged to register at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to ensure a timely connection.

The replay of the webcast will be archived and available on the Investor Relations section of the Company's website approximately one hour following the completion of the event.
