Borton-Lawson Hires Area Manager to Oversee Ohio Office
Canton Office will be led by Brent M. Winslow, P.S.
Borton-Lawson welcomes Brent M. Winslow, P.S. to its growing team. Mr. Winslow will
serve as Area Manager for the newly established Ohio office, located in the bustling
North Canton Business District. He will lead business development in the surrounding
areas and oversee the daily operations of the office.
Mr. Winslow comes to Borton-Lawson with over 30 years of experience serving in the
public sector and private consulting. He is a registered professional surveyor in Ohio and
holds a degree in land surveying from the University of Akron. Mr. Winslow has
professional experience with a variety of surveying and engineering projects, and has
developed geographic information systems for multiple Ohio counties.
Prior to joining Borton-Lawson, Mr. Winslow was employed by GeoShack as a technical
sales representative, Hammontree & Associates, Ltd. as a Survey Manager and the Stark
County Engineer's Office as a Project Manager. Throughout his career, he has also been
employed at the Columbiana County Engineer's Office, MS Consultants, Inc., Quicksall
& Associates, Inc. and ARCADIS.
Mr. Winslow is an active participant in the following professional organizations:
Professional Land Surveyors of Ohio, Ohio Oil & Gas Association, American Society of
Highway Engineers and Ohio Geographically Referenced Information Program -
Geodetic Control Task Force.
