Bolzoni, together with Banca Intesa, yesterday won the prestigious Award 'Claudio Dematte 2006', in the Expansion category, for capital investments aimed at corporate development.
The winner was selected by a jury made up of prominent personalities from the financial, business and academic world from a shortlist of 15 finalist companies and the announcement was given yesterday evening during the award ceremony held at the Italian Stock Exchange's Palazzo Mezzanotte in Milan.
The Claudio Dematte Award, promoted by Aifi and Ernst & Young, in collaboration with Il Sole 24 ORE, Il Mondo and SDA Bocconi, is aimed at encouraging operations which have distinguished themselves in the private equity segment and on the scene of investment activities in risk capital.
