Will lead growth in the UK market and expand European operations
LONDON-- Blackbaud, Inc. (Nasdaq: BLKB), announced today that it has named Martin Jervis managing director of the company's European division. An experienced sales and senior management professional in the IT Sector, Jervis has previously served in leadership roles for companies in the UK and internationally.

"His expertise and experience in international business and technology have prepared him to guide the strategic growth and expansion of the company in the global market."
With 25 years of experience in the technology industry, Jervis worked for 13 years at JBA International, a global supplier of integrated business systems, where he served as managing director of the company's divisions in South Africa and continental Europe. During his time at JBA, the company grew from £3m to £400m in revenues. He has also served as the UK managing director for MicroStrategy, increasing revenue by 60 percent and at Vality Technology for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, increasing sales sevenfold. He most recently worked with Blue Edged, where he helped create customized revenue growth strategies for start-up businesses.
Jervis joins Blackbaud Europe as the division marks its 10th anniversary. The company also recently opened an office in London to house its European corporate headquarters, centralizing its sales and consulting staff.
