Camarillo, CA - Binder-USA is proud to announce the release of a new overmold design for all molded M12 cordsets. Until now, molded M12 connector housings had a ribbed cable strain relief. Binder's new design features a smooth contoured housing ideal for food processing applications and industrial applications alike.
The new overmold design ensures improved strain relief characteristics while a modular mold tool design allows quick and easy mold changes resulting in increased manufacturing flexibility and efficiency. The new overmold design supports cable diameters up to 6mm allowing room for future expansion including the offering of Ethernet and other bus cables.
