Blacklick, Ohio -- Besa Lighting has introduced several new families of flushmount ceiling luminaires that prominently feature compact fluorescent lamping. These lights take advantage of the cooler temperatures of energy-efficient CFL lamps to accent their dramatic good looks. Besa Lighting is a leading designer and manufacturer of decorative glass lighting.
The Slipstream and new Luma product families include low-profile versions that are CFL-only. The Sola family is also low-profile and offers CFL or incandescent lamping. The new Mira family includes a white glass diffuser finished with a mirrored glass ring, also with both CFL and incandescent lamping options. All these products feature diffusers of handcrafted glass.
Besa has a longstanding commitment to energy efficient lighting. The company now offers standard 4-pin and/or GU24 self-ballasted CFL lamping options in every ceiling luminaire design they produce.
