Bernadette Mathews Joins CIBER Federal Government Division as Vice President of Business Development


MCLEAN, Va. - Dec. 18, 2007 - CIBER Federal Government Solutions, a division of CIBER, Inc. (NYSE: CBR), has hired Bernadette Mathews as Vice President of Business Development. In this role, Mathews will provide strategic direction and tactical support in expanding CIBER's presence in the Federal marketplace.

Prior to joining CIBER, Mathews was President of the BT Mathews Group, providing consulting services and hands-on support to a variety of companies focused on providing services to the Federal government. Working with both large and small companies, Mathews provided capture management and proposal management leadership for key business development initiatives for her customers. Prior to this, Mathews served as Director of Proposal Development for BAE Systems Information Technology and as Vice President of Solution Development for Getronics, a global IT services company. In this capacity, she led the U.S. business development team in creating innovative solutions for its customers.

Mathews earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts degrees in English from Hofstra University in Hempstead, N.Y.
