SAN JOSE, Calif., June 20 / -- Bay Microsystems, Inc. the world's fastest growing network processor company, will present at the California Tech Showcase 2007 (CTS 2007, http://www.californiatechshowcase.com/) being held June 28-29, 2007, at the Hotel Hermitage in La Baule, France. CTS 2007 will take place in conjunction with the World Investment Conference (WIC 2007, http://www.labaulewic.org/). WIC 2007 will feature hundreds of CEOs from firms such as GE, Siemens, Fiat and Veolia, as well as government officials and ministers from around Europe.
The CTS 2007 special event is being hosted by EuroStart Capital Partners LLC, a new San Francisco-based venture fund. CTS 2007 sponsors include Business Wire, Fenwick & West LLP, Fondation Europe+, Nair & Co., Inc., NYSE Euronext Stock Exchange, Ouest Atlantique, Pierre Audoin Consultants, Rumeur Publique, the State of California, and EuroStart Capital Partners.
Bay Microsystems was selected after extensive review of over 700 companies by the CTS 2007 selection committee, which includes senior executives from leading European companies including Siemens, T-Mobile, British Telecom, SAP, and ST Microelectronics, among others.
This high-profile event will allow Bay Microsystems to present to and meet with 200-300 CEOs, CIOs, and CTOs from Europe's largest businesses. EuroStart will arrange at least five one-on-one meetings between Bay Microsystems and C-Level executives of the European attendees of their choice.
