METUCHEN, New Jersey. -- August 5, 2009 -- Berkeley Varitronics Systems, Inc. now offers a Fixed WiMAX test module for their YellowFin platform.
"Sales for the YellowFin WiMAX 802.16e Mobile Analyzer continue to flourish worldwide and now we have expanded our offering to allow customers to purchase a Fixed WiMAX 802.16d module. The newly developed YellowFin Fixed WiMAX module supports multiple user selectable channel bandwidths of 1.75, 3.0, 3.5, 5.0, 5.5, 7.0 and 10 MHz and will be demonstrated at the 4G show in Chicago in BVS' Booth# 213." says Scott Schober, BVS President & CEO.
Berkeley's YellowFin WiMAX Analyzer series has been shipping since the end of 2008 in the form of the only Mobile WiMAX handheld demodulating test receiver (preamble basis) available to the industry. More recently, BVS announced free speed upgrades to all YellowFin customers as well as announcements for a WiMAX modulation option in their Tortoise dual-band test transmitters.
