MOONACHIE, NEW JERSEY - Building on its long list of milestones, BULBRITE has received three prestigious ADEX awards. The company received Platinum ADEX awards for its Dimmable GU24 CFLs and the STRYDE and miniSTRYDE LED desk lamps, and a Gold ADEX for the LED TURBO. o The Dimmable GU24 Compact Fluorescents can be used with a multitude of new and existing lighting fixtures with GU24 sockets, which have replaced many Edison sockets and bases. The GU24 CFLs provide a warm incandescent-like white light while delivering continuously smooth dimming down to 10% of light output. Compatible with many incandescent dimmers, the lamps save up to 77% in energy costs and have a rated life of 10,000 hours.
o The sophisticated Stryde and miniStryde LED Desk Lamps are environmental friendly, safe and crafted without any mercury. Designed as upgrades to traditional desk lamps, the energy saving LED desk lamps deliver a warm, incandescent-like light without emitting UV rays or heat while consuming less energy with a project life of 50,000 hours or 27 years. Stryde uses just seven watts with a light output equivalent to a 100-watt incandescent lamp and miniStryde uses five watts with an output similar to a 60-watt incandescent lamp. Stryde and miniStryde feature flexible, architectural designs that can be adjusted for a variety of applications.
BULBRITE's TURBO LEDs feature a state-of-the-art, revolutionary design while offering energy efficiency at a high level of performance. Its innovative heat sink technology replaces large heat sinks and clunky housings with an innovative cooling system featuring ultra-thin, anodized aluminum fins riveted to the body. With an IP 65-rating, TURBO LEDS are totally protected against dust and low-pressure water from all directions. TURBO offers several lightweight, diminutive sizes and styles.
The company has already received a 2011 Platinum ADEX for its EISA-compliant Halogen A19 lamp.
