Secures First DYNAMO™ Order from Key Customer in China
NORTH BILLERICA, Mass., — BTU International, Inc., a leading supplier of advanced thermal processing equipment for the electronics and alternative energy manufacturing markets, announces the introduction of a new convection reflow oven platform: Dynamo™. Dynamo is designed specifically for portable electronics and has been configured with a focus on customer value.
In addition, BTU announces the receipt of the first order for a Dynamo convection reflow oven from Uniscope, a key customer in China. The unit shipped in the fourth quarter of 2012.
