Record Number will Attend BSA 2010 Fall Meeting

Glen Ellyn, IL-When the Bearing Specialists Association (BSA) convenes its 2010 Fall Meeting on September 27th in Chicago, Illinois, it will welcome a record number of attendees.

Pre-registration for the 2010 event includes 20% more distributors than manufacturers and the participation of nine new committee members since BSA's 2010 Annual Convention in May. Traditionally, BSA Fall and Winter Meetings offer the association's committees the opportunity to pursue their agendas without the distractions of broader programming at the BSA Annual Convention. BSA believes the accessible Chicago location and the well-planned schedule of committee meetings allow attendees to participate with minimal time away from their other business responsibilities.

Meeting attendees will also hear a special luncheon presentation on "International Trade Issues Affecting the Bearing Industry" by Suzanne Richer, President, Customs & Trade Solutions, Inc. Richer is a licensed Customs Broker with over twenty five years in international supply chain management. She has worked with clients during closing audits with U.S. Customs, assisted in programs such as C-TPAT at Tier 3 levels, and counseled on international trade law issues.
