At Kuwait Airways, BPM Wave along with Gulf Business Machine, as joint venture partners in the Middle East, implemented an Integrated Human Capital Management Solution based on PlenaryTM for HR authorizations, SAP for Payroll and Time management and IBM Cast Iron, as a middleware technology. For this customer PlenaryTM collaborates directly with SAP’s information repositories to automate 22 HR dynamic, multi path, rules based processes through their entire life cycle and it is integrated with 17 different systems. The solution is in production and was showcased on the 29th of April, within the Smarter Process in Action session at IBM Impact.Â
