Sifter Parts & Service, Inc., Wesley Chapel, FL, is authorized to apply the Baking Industry Sanitation Standards Committee (BISSC) symbol to our line of two, three, and four separation CS-1 Gyratory Sifters. The CS-1 sifters conform to the requirements under the ANSI/BISSC/ Z50.2-2003 sanitation standards section 3.0 General Principles of Design, Construction and Cleaning for All Bakery Equipment as well as section 4.1 for Design Requirements for Handling and Storing Dry Ingredients Equipment.
