BIO-key will be demonstrating ID Director for Fusion Middleware(TM) along with a variety of deployed solutions including retail, government, financial and healthcare applications. By implementing ID Director for Fusion Middleware, any new or existing application running on Oracle's Identity Management platform will require only a finger touch to establish a person's identity. This valuable addition to Oracle's Identity Management Suite replaces less secure and cumbersome passwords and tokens with the security and convenience of biometrics. BIO-key's ID Director further enhances Oracle's market-leading security infrastructure, delivering an even higher level of security and convenience to Oracle's identity and SOA management offerings.
BIO-key continues to offer its WEB-key(R) client software and Software Development Kits free of charge to Oracle application providers, removing the obstacle of cost to companies looking to integrate biometric access. Operating on Oracle Application Servers 9i and 10g and Oracle Database 10g, WEB-key allows users to positively identify themselves using only their finger, or to augment another form of identification to comply with two factor identification protocols. Oracle's partners and customers alike can now easily implement biometric identification to secure applications protected by Oracle Identity Management Platforms including user access to Single Sign On (SSO) as well as web and application identity management provisioning applications.
