It was announced today that BEA Electro Sales has been appointed the exclusive greater Midwest's representatives for Photo Research, Inc's. entire line including the brand new Model PR-655 SpectraScan Photometer/Colorimeter.
The easy to use PR-655 features a full 3" x 2.5" color LCD touch screen display, USB interface, and optional Bluetooth capability. RS232 is still available as an option. SD 128MB memory card and a rechargeable Li-ion battery are included. The unit's light weight of 3.75 pounds lends itself to portability and usefulness within a wide range of environments.
The Model PR-655 is unique and can be used without a PC. Its design makes tasks such as spectrally based spot photometric/colorimetric measurements, easy particularly so for applications such as LCD, LED or screen display luminance, color and contrast. The PR-655 comes equipped standard with a USB port and can easily talk to the PC based SpectraWin 2 and exported MS Excel programs.
