Azaleos Initiates International Expansion With Certified Experts Program

REDMOND, Wash., Jan. 9 : Azaleos, the leading provider of highly available managed e-mail appliances and managed services for Microsoft Exchange has expanded its Azaleos Certified Expert (ACE) reseller program by adding Vancouver-based XSM Systems, Inc. a provider of innovative IT infrastructure solutions for businesses. This international partnership further strengthens Azaleos' mission to make the most cost-effective Microsoft Exchange solution: OneServer and OneStop Services available to businesses around the world.

"E-Mail should be a utility for all companies regardless of their size or location," said Phil Van Etten, CEO of Azaleos. "With the addition of Canadian reseller XSM Systems, Azaleos has kicked off 2007 by initiating our global expansion and has expanded our mission to deliver highly available, dial tone quality e-mail to businesses worldwide."

The ACE program develops technology solution partners such as XSM Systems and enables them to deliver Azaleos QuickStart E-mail Assessments, a detailed two-day assessment of a company's e-mail environment. The Quickstart e-mail assessment can help businesses quantify the cost of taking proactive measures to update and to streamline their e-mail systems, and guides IT departments in developing strategies that lead to highly optimized, highly available corporate e-mail.

"We are excited to offer the Azaleos OneServer e-mail appliance and OneStop managed services in addition to our wide variety of IT infrastructure solutions," said Ron Tonts, CEO of XSM Systems. "By becoming an Azaleos ACE partner we can offer accurate diagnoses of existing enterprise e-mail infrastructure and recommend solutions that can help companies reduce the cost and complexity of running Microsoft Exchange."

In 2006 Azaleos added customers including Allegheny Technologies, Coinstar, Clark Nuber, Church Pension Group, and Fortify Software, resulting in deployments that support employees located across North America, Europe, Asia and South America. These organizations range in size from 100 to over 10,000 employees and added over 10,000 additional Exchange e-mail users to those already managed by Azaleos. Many of these companies are supported by a network of Azaleos Certified Experts located across the United States and Canada including Avanade, XSM Systems, Advances in Technology, NuTech, and Binary Tree.

With the release of Microsoft Exchange 2007 promising to offer an even greater number of e-mail capabilities for businesses, Azaleos continues to offer the most cost-effective method of migrating to newer versions of Exchange from any e-mail platform. To help educate IT personnel and potential Azaleos Certified Expert partners on methods to reduce the cost and complexity of adopting the new features and functionality of Exchange 2007, Azaleos will be kicking off its North American seminar series on Exchange 2007 migration on February 6th in Vancouver, British Columbia, with additional seminars scheduled for February 8 in Calgary, Alberta and February 15 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
