Eco-Systems Captures 'Best of the Best' 1st Place at TS2 Event

Grand Rapids, Mich. - Four months ago, the debut of the nation's first green- built, portable-modular exhibit system at the EXHIBITOR 2007 trade show captured the attention of industry leaders, buyers, and judges and netted the coveted "Buyer's Choice Award."

Eco-Systems' award winning streak continued last week at the Trade Show Exhibitors Association's (TSEA) annual TS2 event in Washington D.C. where judges honored the revolutionary exhibit systems as the "Best of the Best" with the first place award.

"The number one reason attendees visit a trade show is to find new products and services, so we were thrilled to have more than 40 new products and services launched at TSē 2007," said Kellie Shevlin, TSē Sales & Industry Relations Manager. "Eco-Systems Sustainable Exhibits won our 2007 Best of the Best Award as the best new product of 2007, which we think is not only well-deserved, but also an important indicator that the future of the industry lies in green exhibiting."

Tim Morris, the pioneer and founder of Eco-Systems Sustainable Exhibits, was humbled by the overwhelming industry support for the green-built portable, modular exhibit system. "We knew we were onto something and set to shake up the exhibit industry with the launch of Eco-Systems. This award further confirms for us that there is a huge demand for environmentally sustainable products and services in our industry," said Morris

According to a recent Price Waterhouse Coopers study, tradeshows rank a staggering second in the world as a trash producing industry. Eighty-nine percent of the United State's top 140 companies believe sustainability will grow in importance as a business issue over the next 5 years. Companies are recognizing the importance of implementing environmentally friendly initiatives into their events and tradeshow programs.

Since the launch of Eco-Systems in March of this year, Tim Morris and his team have established a national sales network with seven of the industry's leading distributors and more than 120 sales people prepared to pitch the first and only off-the-shelf green-built exhibit system. "We are shifting from being a regional exhibit house to focusing on the national market with our Eco- Systems display line. We believe green manufacturing and green exhibiting is the future and we look forward to playing a leadership role in the evolution of our industry," said Morris.

Eco-Systems Sustainable Exhibits is the first green-built portable-modular exhibit system in the industry developed with environmentally responsible materials benchmarked to the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System of the U.S. Green Building Council. Eco- Systems are built using a variety of materials derived from recycled content, rapidly renewable materials, and recyclable materials.
