Auto Data Direct Announces New Tow Management System in Florida

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- Auto Data Direct, Inc. (ADD), today announced the statewide launch of its unique tow management system, TOW123.  Its web-based design allows tow and wrecker operators to control their entire business from any computer with internet access.

"The development of TOW123 is a result of feedback we've received from our long-time customers who were looking for a simple, efficient, and cost-effective solution for all of the business tasks tow operators are faced with night and day," said Jim Taylor, President.  "There's no software or specialized equipment to purchase.  They simply log into their ADD account and take advantage of this innovative tool backed by excellent customer service they've come to expect from this company."

Designed in-house by ADD's innovative technology team, the new program offers interactive dispatch and mapping; customized ticket templates for quick ticket generation; GPS/Fleet management integration; automatic mileage calculation and driver status/location updates (with GPS); account-based rate/fee profiles;  photo, video and file attachment for tickets; lot management and at-a-glance inventory administration;  administrative tools and user-specific permissions.  It also integrates ADD's other tow industry products, including DMV123 real-time motor vehicle record searches, DirectPost-Office certified letters and National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS) salvage reporting.

One of the first tow operators in Florida to use the new system, John Lavo, Owner of Action Towing in Tampa, says TOW123 is a perfect fit for his company.  "It has all of the bells and whistles we need in order to conduct our business on a 24/7 basis.  ADD has created a service that will save our staff significant time, and improve our accuracy in notifying vehicle owners and completing all of the paperwork required by the state.  And they've done it without compromising the personal support they've given our company for years."

The Florida-based company first offered the new system to its current customers in a limited release in late 2013.  ADD is now extending the availability of TOW123 to all Florida tow operators and offers a 30-day free trial of the system.  Tow operators interested in the service can visit ADD's website to learn more and sign up for a webinar demonstration.  For more information on TOW123 and other services offered by Auto Data Direct, visit its website at www.add123.com or call a customer service representative at 850-877-8804.
